Ficep UK has strengthened its band saw expertise with the appointment of industry expert Eddie Knights as sales engineer.
With over 27 years of experience in the saw blade industry, Eddie is well known across the sector for delivering exceptional customer support and for his solutions-orientated approach. Eddie’s appointment comes as customer demand for Ficep UK’s systems which incorporate sawing operations continues to expand.
Eddie began his engineering career as an aeronautical technician in the Royal Air Force, where he served for 12 years. He then moved into the saw blade industry, spending nearly three decades at Lenox, where he became key account manager. Throughout his career, Eddie has developed a strong ability to troubleshoot complex customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions quickly and effectively.
Having worked closely with Ficep UK in his previous role, Eddie was impressed by the company’s professional and team-focused approach.
